Documentation from the relevant specification:
The Status AVP (AVP Code 2702) is of type Enumerated and only present to specify abnormal response code, e.g, 4xx, 5xx or Timeout, etc for specific AS when it responds abnormally to S-CSCF. If AS responds SIP_200ok, this AVP isn't present in Application-Server-Information.
